Novaflon restores non-stick (Teflon) coating on pans, pots, grills, waffle makers, multicookers, and professional kitchen and engineering equipment. If a coating has scratched, worn off, or started to peel, we remove the old damaged layer, prepare the surface, and apply a new coating — with non-stick properties on par with a brand-new item. We also apply coating for the first time on cookware and equipment that never had a factory non-stick layer.

For food production — bakery and confectionery equipment (dough dividers, dough dispensers, baking sheets, and bread molds), as well as molds and packaging lines — industrial PRO coating is used: three layers, 45–50 microns thick, resistant to abrasion and aggressive cleaning agents.
There’s a separate solution for products with high sugar content — Ultra coating, which withstands cooking temperatures up to +260°C and minimizes the buildup of scorched residue on the mold surface.

Pans are the most frequently ordered item for restoration: inexpensive ones are simpler to replace, while quality, expensive, or favorite ones are more cost-effective to bring back to working condition.
Buying a bowl for a multicooker, a multi-baker, or a grill or waffle plate is much harder than replacing a pan. The original part for a specific model is often simply not sold. For example, finding a replacement bowl for a Philips multicooker or a Tefal grill on its own is nearly impossible, and if one does turn up, it costs more than restoring the coating. For this kind of equipment, restoring the coating is often the only practical way to get the item back in use. Customers also regularly bring in pots for home and restaurant use.

The materials Novaflon uses are manufactured in the EU and certified by Ukraine’s Ministry of Health for use in the food industry. They also hold EU Food Contact status and US FDA certification.
PTFE, the material the coatings are made from, is chemically inert and doesn’t react with food under normal usage conditions. The coatings’ working temperature ranges from -195°C to +260°C. Above this range, the coating begins to physically break down, so it’s not recommended to heat empty cookware too much.

For home kitchens and restaurants, a quality non-stick coating means cooking with little to no oil and less time spent scrubbing off scorched residue. For production facilities, it means lower lubricant costs, fewer rejects, and less downtime from product buildup.
The restoration process happens in several stages. First, we take in the items and check that they have no wooden or plastic parts. Then we clean the surface of scorched residue and the old coating and apply a new one. The coating is cured through baking, after which the finished item is packaged and returned to the customer.
We accept items without handles or inserts, clean and dry. We don’t restore cookware with thin metal walls — it can deform during processing.
We carry out restoration at our own production facility, without intermediaries, and we work with cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. Payment for orders up to 20 units is made upon completion of the work, with no upfront payment required. Turnaround time is 2 to 7 business days. We guarantee our results for 6 months against coating peeling.
Our production facility is located in Odesa, and we ship finished items via Nova Poshta across Ukraine, including to Kyiv and Lviv.

Buying a bowl for a specific multicooker model separately is often difficult: many manufacturers don’t sell parts individually, or the selection is very limited. A more practical option is to restore the non-stick coating on your existing bowl at Novaflon.
Finding an original part for a specific grill model is just as hard as for a multicooker. We restore the coating on your existing part, so looking for a replacement is usually unnecessary.
